Job Description
The Retention Specialist will play a crucial role in our team by developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers to understand their needs, resolve their concerns, and ensure their continued loyalty to our agency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gauge satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work with the team to improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recommend changes to policies or services based on market research.
  • Provide detailed reports on retention metrics, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
